Many people know Goodwill stores, but don't know Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is a 501c3 nonprofit. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to work and independence; our vision is a world where everyone experiences the power of work.

Supporting people: Employment is multi-faceted and looks different for everyone - not all job seekers have access to the same start line. When we connect the talented, driven people we serve with individualized resources, they thrive. 

Supporting planet: Minnesotans are generous and we process over 75 million donated items annually. Our commitment to sustainability, in partnership with 160 Goodwill agencies, diverts over 4 billion pounds from landfills annually.

Supporting community: Goodwill is active in our community and donations stay local. We partner with local organizations to collect/reuse clothing and over 60 schools to help students explore career interests.
