Employment is multi-faceted and looks different for everyone - not all job seekers have access to the same start line. When we connect the talented, driven people we serve with individualized resources, they thrive.
Supporting Planet
Minnesotans are generous and we process over 75 million donated items annually. Our commitment to sustainability, in partnership with 160 Goodwill agencies, diverts over 4 billion pounds from landfills annually.
Supporting Community
Goodwill is active in our community and donations stay local. We partner with local organizations to collect/reuse clothing and over 60 schools to help students explore career interests.
